I acknowledge that care must be taken whilst onboard Discovery One.  I acknowledge that there are potential hazards such as stairs and it is my responsibility to take caution when moving around the vessel.

I acknowledge that I will be participating in outdoor activities that are potentially dangerous including but not limited to walking and swimming. 

I may be exposed to a variety of hazards and risks, foreseen or unforeseen, which are inherent in each excursion and cannot be eliminated without destroying the unique character of the excursion. These risks include, but are not limited to, the dangers of serious personal injury, property damage, and death from exposure to the hazards of outdoor activities.

This waiver of liability is an agreement that attendance at these excursions is strictly voluntary and guidance from the crew should be followed.  I agree 100% to accept personal responsibility for all and any foreseen and unforeseen events that may occur.

Discovery One Kimberley Cruises, its owners, crew, and excursion participants take no responsibility for me and will not be held responsible for any injuries or accidents that may occur during excursions.
